Our Mission
To see lives transformed through Jesus Christ by providing hope, discipleship, and sustainable opportunities that lead to lasting freedom.
The Master’s Workshop is a year-long residential discipleship program for people with life controlling problems.
We partner with Teen Challenge to help men and women break free from addiction while learning practical skills that prepare them for independent living. Recovery is more than overcoming addiction-it’s starting a new life through faith, discipleship, meaningful work, and healthy community.
We believe lasting transformation happens when people encounter Jesus, discover their God-given purpose, and are given opportunities to thrive.
Where We Serve
Costa Rica’s Caribbean side has a unique atmosphere of thick tropical jungles, coconut trees, ornamental plants, beaches, small towns and villages, and banana plantations.
Limon is by far the most culturally diverse province in Costa Rica.
The combination of past slavery, Jamaican workers, and indigenous culture, has turned Limon into an extremely varied culture treasure.
Our work in Costa Rica includes partnerships with residential recovery centers including men, women and women with children, hosting mission teams and reaching the communities.

We have expanded into Colombia with a vision of establishing a Christ centered recovery ministry while creating long-term sustainability through coffee farming.
Working alongside local partners, our goal is to see communities transformed one life at a time.

Christ Centered Recovery
Helping Individuals find freedom from addiction through biblical discipleship, accountability and community.
Students participate in:

Faith based classes
Substance Abuse Education
Sustainable work therapy projects
Sustainability Projects
We believe ministry should create opportunities. Through chocolate, pottery, sewing, agriculture and now coffee.
Students gain valuable work experience while helping support the ministries.
Mission Teams
Churches, schools, families and organizations partner with us through short-term mission trips that encourage students, complete meaningful projects, evangelize and experience what God is doing throughout Latin America.
The specific purpose of the organization is to make disciples and to plant The Master’s Workshop in Central America.
Training leaders to make disciples who want to follow Jesus and training those leaders to open other centers.
Training those leaders to do community outreach including the establishment of Living Free groups, home bible studies, evangelism, Bible distribution, training missionaries, all this while being self-sustaining and self- replicating.
